spring forward..FALL BACK
Since May life has been busy mostly just with work. I've been working some overtime to help the kennel side out. Its nice to get extra money and i never mind helping them as i have been in there shoes so anything to help relieve them i'll do it.
I've been trying to start my externship but kept getting turned down. So i recontacted a place in the beginning and they said they could probably take me in the fall. So contacted them again few weeks a go and said she would get back to me shortly..still hasn't gotten back so will probably have to call again and follow up. It's really stressful waiting and waiting for someone to contact me back when i am trying to finish schooling. I hate putting this crap off. I just want to be done! I could have been done by now if i lived in an area that had more opportunity for large animal or if Penn Foster didn't require large animal. Anyway keep trucking i guess. That is my fall behind..school
Been doing physical therapy once a week for about 3 months. Stopping it for now as i hope to start my externship very soon. Been jogging in the morning before work. I really enjoy it. I listen to crime junkie podcast and it is the best!! I highly recommend it. But yeah feeling great with the jogging. I naturally wake up early anyways so might as well do something instead of laying around waiting for the alarm to go off for work. Been trying to hang out with friends more which is nice. Trying to save as much money as possible to pay off my student loans faster because every day i think about them and it stresses me out. For once i would like to not stress about money in my life. Been doing it since the day i graduated college 7 years a go. Haven't been able to do too much because of it. I really would just like to travel more. I don't know how the millennial generation even affords to do it. Probably just taking out loans to do it and be in debt until they die.
Been trying to eat low carb. Doing pretty well balancing meals and snacks that are lower in carbs or no carbs even drinks. I highly recommend Vermont meat sticks https://www.vermontsmokeandcure.com/products/meat-sticks/
I also eat cheese and olives for snacks, almonds (always have a variety on hand) fruit and veggies.
