Diet this Diet that!

     I'm 25 years old 5ft 5inches and 127 pounds. I go to the gym 4 days a week for about 50 mins. I'm not gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan. I love meat and I eat dairy on a daily basis whether its milk. yogurt or cheese. I eat my veggies and fruit but I also love my carbs and starches; pasta, bread and rice. I eat sweets when I want to but its not all the time and never an excessive amount. Do I love my occasional muffin or donut or cookie yes I do and I don't feel guilty when I do. I have one life to live and im not going to force myself to be miserable all the time because I want to be skinny and eat raw veggies and no gluten and no sugar. And feel guilty and have cheat days because you just need a couple donuts but to make sure you work out extra hard and just eat a celery stick the next day to make up for it. I eat healthy and I get exercise and my work gives me more exercise as a veterinary assistant, being on my feet. I don't have a 6 pack and my thighs rub together but it doesn't mean I'm not being healthy. The outside doesn't always match your lifestyle.
I have worked hard to lose 20 pounds and I shouldn't feel like I need to lose more so I can be skinnier or a size 4 instead of a 6. But society tells me otherwise. It makes me sad to see girls on instagram or Facebook being obsessed with the whole thin-spiration, I mean to each its own but when you hate yourself for eating a cookie or a piece of cake that, to me, is very sad. You have one life people eat a piece of pizza loaded with pepperoni or pancakes with maple syrup and not want to kill yourself after. you aren't going to gain 10 pounds and give yourself a heart attack. it's different if you are eating pizza every day for dinner plus donuts for breakfast and cola at 8am every day. I eat pizza I use a basil crust and use pesto instead of red sauce, mozz cheese and tomatoes or sometimes turkey pepperoni.  Either way stop being obsessed with body image or being super clean by eating raw veggies and detoxing yourself. Just be healthy in a healthy way and don't obsess unless you are some sort of nutritionist than you probably =just naturally obsess with eating healthy.   Just go eat a fucking donut and be happy and shut up.
