Just two weeks...

So it has been two weeks since I have started this gluten free diet. This is what I have experienced so far:
1. Its fucking expensive. My grocery bill has almost doubled. And I am literally buying the same amount of items I usually do sometimes even less. It is atrocious.
2. I feel like I have more energy. It's weird. I mean on my second week I was sick with the flu so that did not count but the first week I felt like amazing.
3. Bloating and gas has decreased a good amount. still there but not as bad. and a lot less.
5. way too damn expensive.
6. I miss yeast rolls. (they are my favorite)
7. I need to buy gluten free flour so I can actually cook and eat my desserts I make.
8. Dinner planning is hard because my boyfriend must also deal with gluten free meals because I aint making two different dinners each night. At least he gets to still eat the regular bread and poptarts.
7. I wish fruit loops and cinnamon toast crunch were gluten free.
8. Had hoisin sauce last night as my pork marinated in it and found out the last ingredient is wheat. couple hours later I was bloated and gassy ridiculous amount. damn..
9. soy sauce isn't naturally GF. Fuck
10. EXPENSIVE. $$$$$
11. I can still enjoy Kraft Mac And Cheese. Bought the box for the powdered mix (which is GF) and used brown rice GF pasta with it instead. Tasted fantastic
12. Big Caloric cut and the second day in did not eat enough protein and pretty much crashed when I woke up in the morning. Shakes super weak. thought I was gonna pass out. It has not happened since now that I am learning to balance.
13. Made Big Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies for an event at work and everyone said they were the most amazing cookies ever. I could not taste it:(
14. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
15. Snacks aren't as fun.
16. At least I can eat chips and Pirate Booty
17. Kit kats have wheat in them..duh like WTF its just my favorite candy of ALL TIME.
18. I miss food.
19. Rice noodles are my new favorite
20. I don't make enough to be GF.
21.Im eating a lot of rice and meat fruit and veggies
22. Everything Is half the size and DOUBLE the price. what the fork such billshirt.

On other notes. Started physical therapy then stopped because the first visit cost $275. yeah no. But now I have stretches and what not to do. I hope it helps.
Moving out of this apartment at the end of the year. Thank god. I can't wait to have more space!
